We want you to feel confident choosing Brewcap. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—simply and fairly.


Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your Brewcap product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@brewcap.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund—no hassle, no stress.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Used Brewcap caps

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Products not purchased directly from our website


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
